The "Washed" process of this coffee offers a particularly clean cup. What we love about washed coffees is that they carry more intrinsic flavors from the bean compared to other processes.

Newton is a well-crafted & roasted Arabica coffee that comes from tribal farms in the depths of Chandragiri Hills, Coorg. Washed with natural spring water to ensure that it has a balanced pH and the palette of the coffee is protected at each step of the process.

This coffee gives a very mellow aroma of apples and almonds. And to complement this uniquely pleasing combination we gave this coffee an Omni roast. This adds in a bitter-sweet undertone of Dark Chocolate making this the perfect coffee to sip as you relax on a fine evening (Maybe under an apple tree).

With Omni roasting, we go for a roast that sits somewhere in between the filter and the espresso profiles. It is a roast that we produce that should work well across a variety of different brew methods – be it Aeropress, filter, espresso, or even cold brew.
