Cancellation, Shipping & Returns
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
Shipping Time: Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
Shipping Costs: A nominal charge would be levied for orders less than worth Rs 500. No shipping charge for orders greater than worth Rs 500.
Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS so you can track the status of your delivery.
International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.
Cancellations - Cancellations can be triggered for orders that have not been Packed or Shipped. Please reach out to us through our support channels to raise a request for the same, you will receive intimation via WhatsApp and/or Email once the cancellation has been processed.
Returns and Exchange Policy: We do not accept returns or refunds for any orders, except in cases where the product is damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must raise a return or refund request within 30 days from the delivery date of the order. An unboxing video is mandatory to initiate any return or exchange request. In the absence of an unboxing video, such requests will not be accepted or processed.
Requests raised after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted under any circumstances.
To qualify for a return or refund:
1. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return or refund.
Once the return or refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
Refunds: We will process your refund within 3-5 business days, back to your original payment mode for prepaid orders.
