From onions for a weeknight curry to nuts for a finishing touch, the small jobs can take up a big part of cooking. This electric vegetable chopper brings several of those preparation tasks into one countertop appliance, so you can spend less effort on repetitive chopping and more attention on the meal you want to make. 300 W heavy-duty AC motor with 100% pure-copper winding. 850 ml clear plastic bowl to keep ingredients and texture in view. Sharp stainless steel blades for chopping vegetables, preparing dry fruits and mincing boneless meat. Atta kneading for everyday rotis: prepare a batch using two cups of atta, measured with a 250 ml cup, and add water gradually. Whisking blade included at no extra cost for everyday mixing and butter churning. Motor-mount safety switch and removable bowl, lid and attachments. Black and Red colour options with the same stated features and accessories. Built around the way you prepare food 300 W power with a pure-copper AC motor The motor is at the heart of this electric chopper. Its 300 W heavy-duty AC design uses 100% pure-copper winding to power the attachment fitted for your task. Use the chopping blades for meal ingredients, then fit the whisking blade when it is time to mix a drink or churn butter. The appliance runs from a compatible mains supply, so there is no battery to recharge. Stainless steel blades for more than vegetable prep The sharp stainless steel chopping assembly handles onions, garlic, ginger, herbs and vegetables, as well as dry fruits and small batches of pre-cut boneless meat. Prepare ingredients for curry bases, sandwich fillings, garnishes, homemade patties and more. Watch the texture through the bowl and stop when the ingredients suit your recipe. Chopping produces pieces of varying size; it does not create uniform slices or precision-cut cubes. Yes, it kneads atta for everyday rotis too Use the chopper as an atta kneader to prepare dough for rotis and chapatis. Measure two cups of dry atta using a 250 ml measuring cup, then add water a little at a time as the flour comes together into dough. Start with a small amount of water and increase gradually to suit your flour and the dough consistency you prefer. The two-cup measurement describes flour volume, not its weight in grams. Follow the operating instructions for the attachment, run time and rest periods. If you need to add more water, switch off, unplug and wait for the blade to stop before opening the bowl. Reassemble correctly before resuming; do not pour water over the motor or into the assembled motor housing. An 850 ml bowl that keeps the process visible The transparent plastic bowl lets you see how the ingredients are coming together. Its 850 ml capacity is useful for preparing fresh batches without a large food-processor setup. Choose the working quantity for the ingredient being processed, leaving the space needed for movement and mixing. Bowl capacity should not be treated as a maximum liquid-fill instruction. A free whisking blade that adds another role The included circular whisking attachment extends the chopper’s everyday usefulness. Fit it to mix chaach or buttermilk, lassi and cold coffee, or to churn butter in suitable batches. Use the whisk for mixing and churning, and the stainless steel assembly for chopping and mincing. Disconnect the power before changing attachments. Practical details for daily use A motor-mount safety switch is part of the appliance’s assembly design. Fit the bowl, lid and motor correctly before use. The removable bowl and attachments are accessible for careful cleaning, while the sculpted motor housing and silver-coloured top give the appliance a neat countertop presence. Choose Black for a classic look or Red for a brighter kitchen accent. What can you make with this electric chopper? Use the appropriate attachment for each task. These everyday examples show where the chopper fits into your cooking routine. Onions, vegetables and herbs Chopping blades Prepare onion, garlic and ginger for curry bases; chop vegetables for fillings; or prepare herbs for finishing a dish. Let the appliance take over the repetitive chopping after you peel and pre-cut larger ingredients. Boneless meat mincing Chopping blades Process small portions of pre-cut boneless meat for keema-style recipes, fillings or homemade patties. Remove bones and work within the recommended batch quantity. Do not process frozen meat or bones. Dry fruits and nut toppings Chopping blades Chop almonds, cashews and other suitable dry fruits for sweets, desserts and recipe toppings. Check the texture as you go; chopped nuts and fine nut flour are different results. Atta for rotis and chapatis Two 250 ml cups of dry atta Prepare a two-cup batch of atta and add water little by little to bring it together into dough. Measure the dry flour with a 250 ml cup; adjust the water gradually rather than adding it all at once. Chaach and lassi Whisking blade Mix your chaach or lassi ingredients for drinks to serve alongside everyday meals. Leave mixing space in the bowl and stay within the liquid-fill guidance in the operating instructions. Cold coffee Whisking blade Mix milk and your prepared coffee mixture for a homemade cold coffee. This is a mixing task: the chopper is not a coffee-bean grinder, and the whisking blade is not intended for crushing ice. Butter churning Whisking blade Use suitable small batches of cream or malai for butter churning, following the operating instructions. If you plan to make ghee, the butter must then be cooked and clarified separately; the chopper does not heat food.
