The unpolished Rajamudi rice is a mix of red and brown rice and is rich in dietary fibre and zinc. Above all the rich flavour of this bag of rice will blow your mind.
How to cook Rajamudi Rice?
Rajamudi rice needs extra soaking
Wash and soak rice in clean water for about an hour and cook like your regular rice.
This rice can be used to make idli, dosa and even the flour can be used to make idiyappam, rotis and more.
