HOW TO BREW YOUR TEA?
Boil water for a few minutes until it reaches around 70–80°C. Take 1-2 teaspoons (or about 2 grams) of matcha powder into the tea bowl. Pour about 1/4 to 1/3 cup (60–80 ml) of warm water over the matcha powder. Stir the matcha and water together for about 15-30 seconds until the tea becomes bubbly on top. Once the matcha has a nice froth, it’s ready to drink!
